Reports & Certification

During the testing all appliances are issued with a unique asset number. After the inspection & testing has been carried out, a pass or fail label will be applied to the appliance. The pass label will contain test date, re-test date, unique asset number and PAT Technician ID, if preferred a bar-coded label may also be used. The fail label will contain details of the failure, location and PAT Technician signature. Any failures will be reported to a responsible person on-site. All of the PAT Testing information and results are stored directly onto the technicians Seaward PAT Testing machinery.

On completion of testing a site sign-off report will be issued then a comprehensive room-by-room asset register and certificate will be supplied, this can either be emailed or posted.
